As the New Year begins, are you ready to release limiting beliefs and step into greater clarity, alignment, and empowerment?

🪷 EMBODY YOUR INTENTION is a transformative New Year experience that weaves together deep meditation, gentle movement, breathwork, sound healing, and focused intention to support meaningful change from the inside out.

Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practiced lying down that brings the body into profound relaxation while the mind remains gently aware. In this deeply receptive state, the nervous system resets, stress and tension dissolve, and the subconscious mind becomes open to releasing limiting beliefs and planting powerful new intentions for the year ahead.

Qigong is a slow, mindful movement practice rooted in ancient Chinese medicine that cultivates and balances life-force energy (Qi) throughout the body. Through gentle, flowing movements and coordinated breath, Qigong helps clear energetic blockages, increase vitality, and create a sense of grounded presence and inner harmony.

Sound healing uses the therapeutic vibrations of instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant tones to gently guide the brain into meditative states. These frequencies help calm the nervous system, release energetic stagnation, and deepen relaxation, allowing intentions to be embodied on a cellular level.

Together, these practices invite you to reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom, step fully into the present moment, and embody the vibrational frequency of your highest potential.

🌿 This event will be held outdoor in a private backyard in NW Clearwater. THE ADDRESS WILL BE EMAILED 24 HOURS BEFORE THE EVENT, after sign-up and payment are received.

Jennifer McClure, owner of Waves of Love Healing, is a certified Sound Healing Practitioner, Reiki Master, Yoga Guide (YTT200), and Light Language Healer. With over 7 years of experience in sound therapy, Jennifer is deeply passionate about the body’s natural capacity to heal itself when nurtured in the right environment of frequency, stillness, and intention.

As a Sonic Alchemist, she creates sacred spaces where authenticity, vibration, and frequency become tools for profound transformation, restoration, and expanded awareness. Guided by Spirit and grounded in love, Jennifer holds space for individuals on their healing journey — with the intention of raising the vibration of humanity, Mother Earth, and the greater cosmos.

She is honored to share this work and to assist you in remembering the harmony and truth that already lives within you.

Alicia’s interest in Yoga, health, and meditation began in her teens and has continued to deepen over the years through dedicated study and teaching

As an instructor of both Yoga and Qigong, Alicia supports individuals in releasing stagnation and reconnecting with their natural flow through nourishing stretches, intuitive movement, conscious breathing techniques, and a meditative mindset.

Since completing her first Yoga Teacher Training in 2013 in Kundalini Yoga, Alicia has pursued additional trainings and certifications in Hatha Yoga, Children’s Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Amrit Yoga, and Meditation in Motion. She is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500). Her teaching experience spans a wide range of styles, including Hatha, Amrit, Kundalini, Vinyasa, Yin, Gentle, Restorative, Partner, Chair, and Children’s Yoga.

Alicia’s classes are calmly paced and thoughtfully designed to increase mobility, flexibility, and stability while cultivating a deeply peaceful connection between body, mind, and breath.

Inspired by her love of mindful movement, Alicia went on to study and become certified to teach Qigong (pronounced chee-gong). This gentle movement practice promotes calmness, balance, and vitality by cultivating Qi, or vital life-force energy. Alicia’s Qigong classes blend flowing movement patterns, breathwork, and full-body stretches to boost energy levels, enhance joint mobility, and create a sense of ease and effortlessness.

Alicia is passionate about sharing the practices of Yoga and Qigong with people of all ages and ability levels. Over the years, she has facilitated classes and events in a variety of settings, including yoga and dance studios, outdoor spaces, online platforms, private residences, women’s circles, veterans’ groups, spas and resorts, and sound healing ceremonies
